PARTNER-SUPPORTED MANUFACTURING / RESIN PRINTING

SLA printing. Protect important faces through the processed state.

Review resin geometry with its support-contact zones, internal cleanup and material-specific completion steps. Keep appearance, fit and application evidence distinct when approving the physical sample.

KeepWin coordinates partner-supported review. Exact material, responsible operations, process availability, dimensions, inspection, commercial quantities and timing are confirmed in the project proposal; no universal capability or certification is promised.

Existing generated resin-prototype concept. It does not establish exact resin, measured surface quality, a clear-part optical value or a completed customer job.

01 / PROTOTYPE DECISION

Choose the resin route around what the sample must show.

Detailed shape, visual appearance, assembly fit and functional use need different evidence. State the sample purpose before choosing material or a surface description.

Shape and appearance

Identify visible faces, small detail and finish direction. Compare a processed physical sample under agreed conditions, rather than accepting a render as the result.

Assembly review

Mark interfaces, movement and reference parts. Agree whether geometry only or a defined functional condition is being evaluated.

Specialty-material question

Describe load, deflection, temperature or exposure. Exact formulation and processed-state evidence must answer that requirement; no broad material-performance promise is made.

02 / ORIENTATION & SUPPORT

Keep support contacts away from the faces that govern acceptance where feasible.

Orientation and support strategy need a review of the actual geometry. Important faces, thin details and internal access should be marked before a build is approved.

Support-contact relationship. Illustration, not to scale; no measured result or numerical capability is implied.

Visible and mating faces

Map which areas control appearance or fit. Agree permitted support marks and refinement rather than assuming every surface has the same condition.

Cavities and drainage

Provide openings and sections for hollow spaces. Review removal of residual resin and relevant verification for the actual part.

Fragile features

Highlight thin walls, delicate projections and long regions. Discuss the proposed supports, removal and processing before accepting geometry changes.

Approved arrangement

Record orientation-related decisions and permitted alterations. A fine detail in CAD does not prove it survives every completion step.

03 / RESIN SELECTION

Specify formulation and evaluation state together.

Material data and sample approval need a defined condition. Do not treat processing as an unrelated detail after material selection.

04 / COMPLETION STEPS

Accept the sample after its agreed processing.

Cleaning, drying, required curing, support removal and surface refinement depend on the selected material and route. No universal sequence or schedule is published here.

Generated resin geometry concept; not a measured cured-state result or an actual support-removal comparison.

Cleaning and internal access

Identify the spaces that must be clear. Confirm actual procedure and relevant acceptance evidence rather than judging the internal condition by the exterior.

Material-specific curing

Ask which requirements apply to the chosen formulation and who performs them. The printer step alone does not establish every final material property.

Removal and surface work

Review support-contact zones, fragile features and important interfaces. Any material removal or added coating needs final-state acceptance review.

Storage and handling

State relevant delivery and evaluation conditions. Confirm protection for delicate parts and any processing-sensitive sample assumptions.

05 / PHYSICAL ACCEPTANCE

Record what the processed sample proves.

The acceptance record should connect identity, processing and checked features. A clear-looking or finely detailed model does not establish every performance requirement.

06 / QUOTATION & RELEASE

Quote the processed resin part and its evidence.

Compare the same resin, cleanup, surface work and sample purpose. An unprocessed shape and a finished appearance model are different offers.

Enquiry details

Send units, revisions, drawing where available, exact material requirements, internal sections, surface map and quantity variants. Include destination and desired milestones.

Offer scope

Ask which completion steps, refinement, inspection, samples and records are included. Process limits, minimum quantities and timing must be confirmed for the actual route.

07 / QUESTIONS

Before an SLA enquiry.

Keep the formulation, geometry and processed state in the same review.

Does detailed appearance guarantee functional performance?

No. Define the use and review exact resin, processing and relevant application evidence separately.

Is curing identical for every resin?

No universal schedule is offered. Confirm material-specific completion and the responsible operation.

Can all support marks be avoided?

No universal result is promised. Mark important faces and review orientation, support access and included surface work.

Can a hollow part be accepted from an exterior image?

No. Define internal cleanup or functional requirements and agree appropriate evidence for the path.

Can a finish change after approval?

Review its effect on dimensions, appearance and material-state evidence. Another sample or check may be needed for the revised configuration.

PREPARE THE NEXT DECISION

Send the resin-part purpose and important surfaces.

Include CAD and drawing revision, exact resin if required, visible and mating faces, cavities, permitted support marks, sample purpose, quantity and destination.
