KeepWin focuses on watch band collections and custom projects, with broader manufacturing options supported by specialist partners. The proposed scope is reviewed for each project.
Yes. Explain what the reference is intended to show and identify the requirements you already know. Detailed geometry, fit and material questions may need further review before a quotation or sample.
Not for an initial discussion. Share the available design information and state what is still open. Manufacturing review may require a model and a drawing for critical features.
Include the product or part, intended use, reference files, material preferences, sample and production quantities, and target timing. Separate confirmed requirements from open choices.
The website supports project inquiries. Prices and lead times are confirmed through a project-specific quotation; the resource images and worksheets do not generate an automatic price.
Minimum quantities depend on the product, process, customization and supply route. Include the quantity you are considering so it can be discussed in the quotation.
Include the sample purpose, quantity and checks you need to perform. Sample availability, development work, cost and timing are confirmed for the proposed project.
Use the required material family and grade if known. Otherwise describe the application and performance needs. A photograph or a general label such as premium does not establish a grade.
Screen colors are indicative. Where appearance is important, agree a physical reference and the conditions for reviewing it.
Describe the artwork, location, size and intended method. Feasibility, sample requirements and scope are reviewed for the actual product and material.
Provide the exact interface or watch reference and agree the fit checks. Matching nominal widths alone should not be treated as proof of compatibility.
Broader manufacturing routes may involve specialist partners. Required processes, documentation and acceptance criteria need to be confirmed for the proposed supply route.
Begin with a nonconfidential project summary and agree suitable file-sharing and confidentiality arrangements before transferring sensitive files.
Images labeled as Product concepts illustrate design or process ideas. They are not records of delivered customer work or evidence of a specific production capability.
Identify the sample and revision, record the agreed checks, and document the decision and any exceptions. The sample-review worksheet provides a starting format.
Identify the approved baseline and describe the proposed change. Ask which quotation, sample, inspection and packaging assumptions need review.
The Project Toolkits page provides an eight-page fillable workbook plus individual text and printable worksheets.
Use the project inquiry form on the homepage or email sales@keepwinco.com. Include a short summary and the project reference if one already exists.
