Quality & After-sales

Evaluate delivered parts against the specification and sample agreed for the order.

Updated 27 September 2026

Define acceptance

Identify critical dimensions, tolerances, material evidence, functional checks, cosmetic zones and an agreed finish or color reference. Sampling, inspection method and any certification or test report must be confirmed for the specific project. Website examples do not establish acceptance criteria.

Watch band checks

Where relevant, agree connector fit, clasp operation, adjustment, edge feel, finish consistency and packaging identification. Performance claims such as corrosion resistance, skin-contact suitability or cycle life require an agreed test method and supporting results; they are not assumed from a material name.

Report a concern

Email sales@keepwinco.com with the order reference, affected quantity, file revision, photos and measurement or test details. Identify whether the concern affects appearance, fit, function or transit condition. Keep affected parts available for review and avoid modification that prevents investigation.

Review and resolution

KeepWin coordinates review of the issue against the agreed requirements, including partner review where relevant. Rework, replacement, credit or another remedy is determined from the findings and the order agreement. Obtain return instructions before shipping parts back. This page does not impose an unagreed claim deadline or limit mandatory rights.

Design and application changes

A change in the approved design, mating part or intended use can require a new review. Communicate changes before placing repeat orders so the previous sample or inspection plan is not applied to a different requirement.
