One project discussion
KeepWin coordinates the enquiry, requirements and project communications. The quotation should identify the responsible contracting supplier and the scope of coordination, production, inspection and after-sales support. Do not assume that every process shown on the website is performed at one KeepWin-owned facility.
Choose the route
Process selection depends on geometry, material, quantity, finish and inspection needs. Partner availability and suitability must be reviewed for the actual project. Tell us if you require an approved supplier list, location restrictions, an audit or a named production site.
Quality and documentation
Certifications belong to a named organization, site and scope. Request current evidence where a certification is required. Agree traceability, inspection reports and subcontracting restrictions in the order; they are not implied by a general services page.
Changes and accountability
The order should define how a proposed supplier, material or process change is approved. Raise project and quality concerns with your KeepWin contact so responsibilities and a response can be coordinated under the agreed order.
Share a brief
Start with drawings or references, quantity, intended use and critical requirements. Review the Confidentiality & Design Ownership page before sharing restricted material.
