A straightforward starting point when your design, quantity or manufacturing route is still developing.
Start with a short explanation
Tell us what you want to make, who it is for and what stage the project has reached. A finished drawing is helpful, but an initial discussion can begin with a clear description and the references you are able to share. Identify whether the request concerns a watch band collection, a custom component or another manufacturing project.
Separate known requirements from open choices
List what is already fixed, such as an interface, material requirement or planned quantity. Then list the choices you still need to discuss. If timing matters, explain the milestone rather than assuming an immediate delivery commitment. This helps the team understand which questions should be addressed first.
Include useful references
Provide part names, revision information, images or drawings that support the brief. Explain what each reference is intended to show. For sensitive design files, agree suitable sharing and confidentiality arrangements before transfer. You can begin with a nonconfidential overview and identify that detailed files are available for the next step.
Expect a project-specific review
Pricing, minimum quantities, manufacturing route and timing depend on the actual requirements. Website concepts and planning articles are starting points, not automatic quotations. Use the inquiry form or contact sales@keepwinco.com with the project summary. Keep the resulting quotation and agreed specification together as the reference for subsequent decisions.
