Product identity
Specify authorized mark, location, orientation and reference appearance. Identify protected functional and skin-contact surfaces before a method is proposed.
WATCH BANDS / BRANDING & PACKAGED PRODUCT
Bring product marking, retail packaging, accessories and SKU identification into one review. KeepWin helps define a branded configuration that can be checked from the approved artwork through the packaged sample.
Marking and packaging options, tooling, operation responsibility and order terms require project confirmation. Brand-use permissions and any destination labeling requirements remain explicit review items.

Supplied packaging-work reference. It is not a promise of a particular retail box, printing process or included accessory.
01 / BRANDING SCOPE
A logo file is not a complete specification. Define where the mark appears, how the product is presented and what accessories or information the customer receives.
Specify authorized mark, location, orientation and reference appearance. Identify protected functional and skin-contact surfaces before a method is proposed.
Define box, sleeve, pouch or other direction, insert layout and opening experience. Confirm the actual material and construction rather than approving from a rendering alone.
List adjustment tools, spare components, care or fit instructions and any other items. Make exclusions visible so a decorative pack is not mistaken for a complete kit.
02 / ARTWORK BRIEF
Files, colors, text and translations should have an approval owner. Exact legibility and appearance depend on the surface, size and proposed process.

Supplied marking-process reference. The offered method, site and result must be reviewed for this product; the photograph does not prove a universal capability.
| Input | Define | Proof question |
|---|---|---|
| Master file | Artwork version, format and usage permission. | Is the approved file the one used for the proof? |
| Placement | Surface, orientation, alignment and reference location. | Does the mark interfere with hardware, edges or function? |
| Color / contrast | Physical reference or agreed color specification. | Is the result judged on the actual product or pack material? |
| Text | Approved spelling, language and layout. | Who signs off wording and translations before production? |
03 / PACK DESIGN
A retail package should hold the offered configuration without damaging its finish or concealing a variant mismatch. Define the handling and delivery scope along with the visual direction.
Review how the product sits, moves and is removed. Identify contact points, surface protection and any accessories that can rub against the band.
Specify proposed pack material, print or surface treatment and reference appearance. Confirm availability and any claimed environmental attribute with evidence.
Map product, tools, instructions and spare hardware. Check that the pack can be assembled and inspected without missing hidden items.
Define how retail units are grouped, protected and identified for shipment. Transport and handling evaluations require their own agreed scope.
04 / SKU CONTROL
A small connector, color or accessory change can produce a different saleable configuration. Build the SKU record around the contents, not only the front-of-box design.
| Field | Why it matters | Check before release |
|---|---|---|
| Product configuration | Model, connector, color and size can look similar. | Correct band and interface inside the identified pack. |
| Artwork revision | Packaging and marking may change independently. | Matching approved files and proof versions. |
| Accessories | Tools and spares can differ by construction. | Correct quantity and type in the kit. |
| Information | Instructions and any buyer-required labels need control. | Approved wording and destination-specific review. |
| Quantity | Retail units and cartons use different counts. | Agreed unit, carton and variant totals. |
05 / PROOF APPROVAL
Digital proofs are useful for layout, but cannot independently establish print color, product finish, pack fit or the completed kit.
Product, artwork, permitted marks, pack direction and contents.
Version, text, placement and proposed material or method.
Physical marking, package fit, contents and identification.
Accepted details, required revisions and the exact covered SKU.
Quantities, artwork control, inspection and delivery records.
State what each approval covers. Keep a layout proof separate from approval of the actual printing, material, product marking and packed contents.
A new material, process, color, connector or accessory may need renewed review. Record the change and its effect on the previously approved SKU.
06 / QUOTE INPUTS
Customization can involve several operations and commercial items. A clear request separates the product, setup, sample and packaging scope.
Specify band model, connector, finish, size and quantity per SKU. Identify what is fixed and which packaging details remain open.
Supply authorized artwork and placement. State whether physical proofs or packaged samples are required and what they need to demonstrate.
Define contents, carton identification, destination and target timing. Ask the proposal to separate setup, samples, marking, pack, accessories and transport where relevant.
07 / QUESTIONS
Use a non-confidential product reference and authorized artwork to define the first review.
No. Provide permitted use, location and scope. Rights to artwork, text and device-brand marks must be resolved separately.
You can approve layout intent, but physical color, marking, materials, package fit and contents may require a physical sample according to your acceptance scope.
No. List the required accessories and confirm the actual contents for each packaged SKU.
Only after fit, identification and contents are reviewed. Similar external appearance does not eliminate variant-mismatch risk.
Provide the justified claim and required evidence, with an approval owner. A printing request does not establish that the finished pack or product meets the claimed requirement.
