How information submitted to KeepWin is used during a business enquiry and project review.

Information we receive
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, project description and any optional company, quantity, material, destination and reference files you submit. Website infrastructure may also process technical records such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service. Please do not include payment-card numbers, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Purpose and access
We use enquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, assess a project and maintain the related correspondence. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. Relevant project details may need to be reviewed by a proposed manufacturing partner; tell us about sharing restrictions before that review. Contact us to arrange an NDA before uploading sensitive designs.
Uploaded files
Files submitted through our project form are stored outside the public website directory. Downloads require authorized administrator access. The team receives an email notification rather than attachments. These safeguards reduce exposure but are not a promise that any online system is risk-free.
Retention and requests
Contact sales@keepwinco.com to request access, correction or deletion, giving enough information to identify the enquiry. We may need to verify the requester and consider active orders, disputes and applicable recordkeeping duties before deletion. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently promised.
Cookies and analytics
Essential functionality may include administration, security and preview-access cookies. The Cookie Policy explains optional analytics and how to change your preference. Enquiry information is used for the project response; submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
International projects and contact
Hosting, communications and a proposed manufacturing review may involve providers or teams in different countries. If your project restricts data location or supplier access, obtain written agreement before submitting restricted material. Send privacy questions to sales@keepwinco.com. The contracting entity and commercial contact details must be identified in the written quotation before an order is accepted.
