Part definition
Name model and drawing revision, units and governing requirements. Record approved manufacturability changes rather than relying on an informal model.
PARTNER-SUPPORTED MANUFACTURING / MOLDING RELEASE
Connect the accepted part to its tool, exact resin and surface state. Define the variant mix, delivery evidence and the changes that require review before an initial or repeat production release.
KeepWin coordinates partner-supported review. Exact material, responsible operations, process availability, dimensions, inspection, commercial quantities and timing are confirmed in the project proposal; no universal capability or certification is promised.

Generated enclosure design study, not a sampled production part, measured inspection result or verified molding facility.
01 / RELEASE READINESS
A dimensional, cosmetic or assembly sample may have different limits. Identify the production configuration it actually represents.
Name model and drawing revision, units and governing requirements. Record approved manufacturability changes rather than relying on an informal model.
Confirm tool configuration and relevant cavity scope. A sample from one output does not automatically approve every cavity or later modification.
Control grade, color, appearance and secondary work. Material-family names or an old photograph should not silently authorize substitutions.
02 / CONFIGURATION
A change can affect more than one item in the release. Make approval responsibilities and the effect on prior evidence explicit.
Identify the accepted geometry and tool basis for the order. Confirm the records available to connect the sample and delivery to that definition.
List colors, materials, quantities and matched components. Separate forecast demand from confirmed release quantities.
State which materials or operations may vary and which require approval. Review the consequences for fit, appearance and application evidence.
Tool repair, cavity changes, resin substitution or revised secondary work may need review. Define the approval owner and evidence required for the changed scope.
03 / ORDER STAGES
These stages support different procurement decisions and may need different hold points. State what each one represents.
| Stage | Purpose | Release condition |
|---|---|---|
| Development | Resolve design, fit or appearance. | Document limitations and remaining questions. |
| Initial production | Evaluate the actual offered configuration. | Agree part/cavity sample selection and evidence. |
| Repeat lot | Deliver the approved definition. | Confirm changes and lot acceptance. |
| Revised order | Release a changed configuration. | Review earlier evidence and new checks. |
04 / RESPONSIBILITIES
Molding, secondary work and delivery records may involve different responsible operations. Keep the partner-supported handoffs visible.

Supplied tooling-storage reference. It is not this order tool, an inventory count or evidence of a particular tool-life or maintenance program.
Confirm ownership, storage, maintenance and change responsibilities. Universal transfer terms, service life and availability are not assumed.
Identify molding, insert work, marking, finish or assembly included in the offer. State which records are requested from each responsible operation.
Specify part numbers, revisions, colors and relevant lot linkage. Confirm available identification and segregation for variants.
Agree how nonconformances, shortages or substitutions are reviewed and accepted. A shipping record is not automatic approval of an altered requirement.
05 / LOT ACCEPTANCE
All-piece checks, sampling and a first-article report have different scopes. None is included by default from the word production.
| Area | Agree | Connect to |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions | Features, datums, state and methods. | Controlled part and cavity scope. |
| Sampling | Quantities and selection basis. | Delivery and variant identity. |
| Appearance | Reference, marks and viewing conditions. | Exact resin, color and surface state. |
| Records | Material, processing and report requirements. | Named supply and responsible operations. |
06 / COMMERCIAL RELEASE
Unit price is meaningful when the resin, tool, quantities, operations and evidence match the comparison.
Send approved files, sample record, exact resin, tool/cavity scope, quantities and variants, secondary work, destination and target milestones.
Ask for setup, tooling changes, samples, molding, secondary work, inspection, records, packing and transport where relevant.
Confirm the approval that starts production and what depends on material, tool or evidence availability. MOQ, capacity and timing remain proposal-specific.
07 / QUESTIONS
Control the definition and the change rules alongside the quantity.
Only within an explicit scope. Confirm the actual tool, material, surface state and production evidence before release.
Review its effect on processing, fit, appearance and applicable evidence before approving the change.
No default scope is promised. Agree cavity identity, quantities, features, methods and records.
No. Confirm storage, maintenance, responsible route and availability under the actual proposal.
Controlled files, resin and tool scope, variant quantities, secondary work, lot acceptance, identity and packaging.
