KEEPWIN · PROJECT INFORMATION

Confidentiality & Design Ownership

Set the permitted review scope before sharing sensitive project information.

Updated 27 September 2026

Ownership

Customer drawings, models, logos and supplied reference materials remain with their owners. Sending files for quotation does not assign ownership or authorize their use for unrelated projects. You must have permission to submit and request manufacture of the design.

Quotation review

Provide only the information needed for the enquiry. Identify confidential files, restricted recipients and prohibited uses in your brief. If a signed NDA or customer security review is required, request it before uploading those files; the website itself is not a signed NDA.

Partner access

Specialist review may require a partner to see selected geometry or specifications. Agree sharing restrictions and required confidentiality arrangements before that step. Ask whether a redacted drawing can support the initial discussion.

Tooling and new work

Ownership and permitted use of newly developed drawings, fixtures, molds and tooling should be stated in the project agreement, together with payment, storage, maintenance and transfer arrangements. Payment for parts alone does not resolve these separate issues.

Publicity and deletion

Client names, identifiable projects and customer-supplied designs require permission before being used as public case studies. Request return or deletion of submitted material through sales@keepwinco.com; active order and recordkeeping requirements may need separate review.
