PROJECT SUPPORT / REQUIREMENTS & EVIDENCE

Quality assurance. Make the acceptance requirement visible to every operation.

KeepWin is the starting point for coordinating the requirement, responsible route and agreed evidence. Define what the sample and delivery must demonstrate before treating quality as an undefined promise.

KeepWin coordinates partner-supported review. Exact material, responsible operations, process availability, dimensions, inspection, commercial quantities and timing are confirmed in the project proposal; no universal capability or certification is promised.

Supplied image of a watch-band component being inspected. It does not establish every inspection method, a numerical capability or a certified KeepWin quality system.

01 / ACCEPTANCE PLANNING

Translate the use into a requirement and a check.

Dimensions, appearance, material and application questions need distinct evidence. A finished-looking image is not a complete acceptance plan.

Functional geometry

Identify interfaces, datums, fits and assembly references. Agree the state and method that answer the requirement.

Appearance and handling

Map visible faces, edge condition and physical references. Define viewing and comparison conditions where needed.

Material and documentation

Name exact supply and relevant records. Ask what evidence covers the actual part, operation, site or application.

02 / ROUTE RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the requirements connected across partner operations.

Different operations may influence the accepted result. The proposal should explain which scope is offered and which evidence is available.

RequirementFeature & purposeRouteResponsibilityEvidenceMethod & identityAgree the acceptance basis before production approval
Engineering illustration, not to scale. No measured result or universal process limit is shown.

Controlled inputs

State model and drawing revision, units and precedence. Record approved material and geometry changes before transferring the work.

Operation scope

Identify preparation, manufacture, secondary work and final checks. Do not infer that every process is performed on KeepWin-owned equipment.

Evidence handoff

Agree what each responsible operation supplies and which part, condition or quantity it represents. Availability requires actual confirmation.

Approval owner

Name who reviews samples, changes, deviations and final release. A delivery record does not automatically accept an unapproved alteration.

03 / REVIEW SCOPES

Separate development, initial release and lot acceptance.

Each decision has a scope. No all-piece, all-feature or universal application approval is promised.

Separate development, initial release and lot acceptance.
ScopePurposeRecord
Sample reviewResolve stated fit or appearance questions.Represented configuration and limitations.
Initial configurationEvaluate agreed manufacturing route. Methods, features and release hold point.
Lot acceptanceAssess defined delivery requirements.Quantities, selection and identity.
Change reviewAssess altered files, material or process.Effect on earlier evidence and new checks.

04 / REFERENCES & CHANGES

Retain the conditions behind the accepted sample.

The value of an approval depends on its identity and represented state. Keep changes explicit instead of extending it silently.

Inspection of a finished watch band
Inspection of a finished watch band

Supplied watch-band inspection reference, not an all-piece inspection claim or a measured customer result.

Sample identity

Record part, revision, material, finish and relevant operations. State the quantities and questions represented by the sample.

Physical references

Keep appearance or mating references controlled. A new substrate, color or component combination may require review.

Nonconformance

Define how an exception is documented and who can approve its disposition. Do not silently redefine a requirement at delivery.

Repeat orders

Connect the repeat brief to the approved configuration and records. Confirm changes and inspection scope before release.

05 / EVIDENCE BOUNDARIES

Ask what each record proves and what it does not.

A material document, dimensional report and certificate support different claims. Check identity and applicability before relying on them.

Ask what each record proves and what it does not.

Dimensional reportFeature, method, state and sample identity.Only the agreed measurement scope.

06 / PROJECT BRIEF

Include required evidence before comparing proposals.

Inspection, sampling and records can change the offer. Put them alongside files, material and quantity.

Inputs

Send the drawing, use, exact material, critical interfaces, finish map, quantities and destination. Identify required evidence and unresolved questions.

Scope questions

Ask which checks, records and sample reviews are included and which are excluded. Confirm partner responsibility and availability.

Commercial basis

Agree approval dependencies, acceptance and delivery identity. Capability values, MOQ, certification and timing require actual evidence or proposal confirmation.

07 / QUESTIONS

Before defining project quality.

The requirement, state and evidence must describe the same configuration.

Is KeepWin universally certified for every process?

No certification claim is made here. Request applicable documents and verify named entity, site, scope and validity.

Are all pieces inspected?

No default all-piece scope is promised. Agree features, quantities, methods and records.

Does a photo approve the part?

It can support its defined visual purpose, but does not prove every dimension, material property or application requirement.

What happens after a change?

Review its effect on sample and report assumptions and agree any further evidence before release.

What should I request with the quote?

Critical requirements, final-state checks, sampling, report or material records and the responsibility map for the offered route.

PREPARE THE NEXT DECISION

Send the quality requirement with the project brief.

Include files and revision, exact material, critical features, final condition, appearance reference, sample purpose, inspection or application checks and requested records.
